Over Easter I had to get some work done, so a friend lent me a toy that HAD to have been made with my children in mind.

Stair Tumble

So what happens when Daddy is in charge but sees weeds that need to be pulled

Big girls are running in and out of the house

and

everyone forgets that the baby is mobile?

Miraculously, Genevieve survived the stair tumble with only a few bumps, a VERY healthy fear of stairs and a head tilt:

Which lead to a doctors visit and now-covered chiropractic visits.

On a rare occasion I will have school off, Charlotte won't have preschool and Genevieve will nap.

Which is when Charlotte gets to do what SHE wants.

Which is what she does when she's with her siblings anyway.

Our monthly Amazon order came one day.

And quickly became the evening's entertainment.

My girls are water BUGS.  Seriously, this is their top "mom can we pleeeeease" activity.  I save it for when I have to get a lot of grading done. This time G joined in.

Levi is SUCH an awesome almost-uncle.

I have now learned why the metal thing is important when dying Easter eggs.

Spring "Snow"

Samantha and Charlotte came RACING inside, begging to go play in the "snow" across the street.

She HAD to go get the Wesley's.  So they joined in.
