Ken said he sent you a "Blue Mountain" birthday card. I had notes all over the place and still didn't get your card in the mail--I'll blame it on getting ready for the retreat. Look for a card in the mail. Did you make an ice cream birthday cake? What! Jeremy didn't take care of that for your birthday--now I remember, he was very sick.
