Both girls have always and still are obsessed with watching the washer. Nothing compares to the squeal of delight or burst of giggles as the water stops and the churning starts. Charlotte was home sick one day and this occupied her for a good 15 minutes (until she wouldn't stop pulling out her sopping wet socks whenever they appeared.)
